A Celebration of Maine Summer on the Medomak River
While our pastures and woods put the “farm” in Tops’l, our spot on the Medomak River is home to some of Maine’s quintessential (and delicious) summer bounty and vibrant local fishing culture. Inspired by this heritage, we are excited to celebrate summer with a series River Dinners. Drawing inspiration from the river, field and forest, we are collaborating with some of New England’s best chefs who will cook locally sourced shellfish, seafood and more over an open fire. And beer pairings from some of Maine’s finest breweries will add to the fun! Guests can expect a full immersion in the flavors of a Maine summer while indulging riverside on the banks of the Medomak.
