A Celebration of Maine Maple
Maple sugaring season is quite possibly New England’s quickest and sweetest, and Tops’l Farm celebrates the area’s local heritage and flavor with its second annual Sugar Shack Supper.
For this ultimate cabin fever reliever, guests can watch the small batch sugaring process upon arrival while enjoying a warm beverage by one of several fires in the outdoor lounge. A leisurely “slow food” dinner follows in the warmth of the farm’s post and beam event barn.
We’ve partnered with Trillium Caterers, a Belfast-based chef and event team to serve the ultimate five-course Maine Winter Dinner featuring items such as hot smoked salmon with maple mustard seed, poutine with Maine cheddar curds, and more.
Tickets for each event are $65 per person. Space is limited. Dinner service begins at 6pm on both nights.
