Campfire kits

There’s nothing like noshing around the fire. Let us know what you’d like and we’ll pack it up in a vintage cooler for you to use during your stay. Once ready, packed coolers are available to pickup in the barn. 

 

Maine breakfast skillet (for 2)

Birds chirping, morning dew and the sound of breakfast cooking on an open fire is one of life’s simple pleasures. To help you achieve this during your stay we offer locally sourced sausage, eggs & par cooked veggies and ‘taters for an epic start to your morning. Cast iron & spatulas provided. Cooking skills required. Appetites a must.

 

Picnic basket (for 2)

We can't think of anything sweeter than a picnic for two! Ours includes an assortment of house made sandwiches, salads, chips and a sweet treat. Grab a blanket and get cozy! This option is ready to eat, no cooking required. A great option for secret swimming hole excursions, trips to Pemaquid Beach or even just a stroll down to our riverside dock.

 

French Press & House-made Pastry (for 2)

A rotating selection of house-made pastries using the best local and seasonal ingredients. Coffee, dairy & french press also included.

PLEASE NOTE: We also offer communal coffee each morning in the Camp Kitchen. Honesty Jar for payment.

 

Cowboy steak, butter & ‘taters (for 2)

Locally sourced Maine Cowboy Steak for two. Comes with (an uncooked) 1 lb. of steak for sharing, flavored butter for optimal cast iron cooking, and a healthy dose of par cooked potatoes to curb your camping appetite. Cast iron pan provided. Cooking skills required.

 

Morse's charcuterie & cheese board (for 2)

A delightful selection of charcuterie, cheese and fixin's from our friends at Morse’s Sauerkraut. Simply unwrap and enjoy with your favorite beverage. Quite possibly the most decadent & simple way to enjoy a meal around the campfire.

 

Locally raised burger kit (for 2)

Burgers on an open flame with the works! Locally sourced beef, buns, cheese, caramelized onions, chipotle ketchup, sour pickle, bag o' chips. Cooking experience & fire skills required. Charcoal grill & tools available at campground (with charcoal).

 

Campfire hot dog kit (for 2)

There is nothing more iconic than camping and cooking a hot dog over an open fire. Gone are the crushed buns and basic toppings of your childhood. We take our hot dog game very seriously. We provide all the fixins' for 2 dogs per person, chips and sticks. You provide the fire and make the magic happen. Uncured/Nitrate Free.

 

S’mores (for 2)

If we had our way, s’mores would end every meal. And while there is no denying the standard chocolate, graham, marshmallow combo is a winner - making these ingredients in house makes it NEXT LEVEL. Includes sticks.

 

Wood bundle, paper & kindling

Everything you need for a cozy fire in the campground. Dry wood split right here on the farm, kindling and paper. Enough for a good couple hours of story telling & star gazing. Please be sure to review our fire protocols to keep it safe.

 
 
 

 

Wildcrafted cocktail mix kits

What’s better than a delicious cocktail constructed with house made garden & foraged ingredients? One that comes in a vintage thermos and can be shared with friends. We supply the setup — house made garden & foraged cocktail base, ice, garnishes & Tops'l tumblers. Wonderful as a non-alcoholic option or with spirits brought from home. Or better yet, stop by our friends at Split Rock Distillery on the way to the farm!

$30/kit. Each kit makes six cocktails.

 

The Yogi Bear

Our own foraged Forsythia & Lavender Cocktail Syrup provides floral notes for this crisp summer cocktail. Fresh lemon juice & club soda finish off this drink perfect for a summer’s eve. Recommended add: Gin or Vodka.

 

The Lumberjack

Our own foraged Pine Cocktail Syrup provides woodland notes for this cocktail that is perfect for a night in the Maine woods. With hints of Maine Maple, fresh lemon & club soda this drink will have you channeling you inner Paul Bunyan. Recommended add: Bourbon.

 

The Flower Child

Eat your weeds! House made Tops’l Dandelion Cocktail Syrup adds floral sweetness to our refreshing sangria base. We rotate between seasonal fruits and vegetables to create a satisfying punch for a crowd with gorgeous garnishes. Recommended add: A touch of your favorite spirit and Dry or Sparkling White from the Tops'l Store.
