Can I host a large event at Tops'l? 

Yes, we can discuss a full property takeover & hosting your event at the farm. Due to the complexity of some events, we may require a minimum stay of 3 days. 


Can I bring my dog

While we love pups, we don't allow pets in the campground. we do allow well behaved pets in the Farm Cottage for an additional fee. 


Can I rent a single spot at Tops'l?

Of course. While many of our weekends are booked with group takeovers, we do rent single sites (though we think you will likely leave with lots of new pals).


Can Tops'l serve as a location for a commercial photo/video shoot?

Yes, we are happy to discuss your commercial shoot requirements. Feel free to reach out directly and we can discuss the nitty gritty.


Can I book a winter escape at Tops'l? 

Note quite yet. Currently our season is from Memorial Weekend to October 31st. We do offer dinner events throughout the season though, so sign up for our newsletter to stay in the know.

 


What is your cancellation policy (non-event reservations)?

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early for any reason, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent (24 hours after the cancellation occurs) are refunded.
