We're seeking reliable, adaptable, and guest-focused team members to join us as Bar Hosts for our seasonal event series on our beautiful farm property in mid-coast Maine.

• A base tipped wage, plus generous and reliable event gratuity (100% of contracted gratuity is distributed to the event team).

• An end-of-season bonus based on commitment, communication, and reliability.

Well-Being and Work-Life Balance

• Primarily weekend-based scheduling (June–October) with some midweek opportunities—you select based on your availability, with schedules known well in advance.

• Minimum commitment of 2 events per month required.

Your Role on the Team

As a Bar Host, you'll be the welcoming face and creative hands behind the bar, playing a key part in delivering smooth, high-quality experiences for guests. You will:

• Craft exceptional drinks with intention and care—highlighting local, foraged, and garden-fresh ingredients, small-producer wines, and craft beers.

• Provide warm, attentive service that enhances the joy and experience of our guests.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful bar setup in line with all health and safety regulations.

• Operate our POS system (e.g., Lightspeed) accurately and efficiently.

• Support both front-of-house service and behind-the-scenes organization, including inventory management and completing all necessary side work.

• Uphold closing protocols and ensure guest safety with professionalism and calm.

• Communicate clearly and collaborate closely with our kitchen, server team, Event Planner, and Event Captain to adapt in real time and deliver memorable moments.

Schedule + Season Details

• Part-time hours begin in May for initial bar setup and team training.

• Main event season: June – October

• Weekend and evening availability required; some midweek events available.

• Minimum commitment: 2 events per month.
