  • It’s quite literally what we do best.

    Helping groups imagine coming to our spot for a full property takeover & hosting a magical event at the farm is our super power.

    Weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, birthdays, writers retreats, wellness retreats, adult summer camp for all your pals - we love it all! In addition to being a bit of a one-stop-shop for all things needed for your event, we provide a professional and mature planning process to make it all super easy.

  • As of 2024 we are focusing on private group events/communal shared experiences to our farm - it is where we shine! If you are interested in learning about a full property takeover please do get in touch.

    We do also offer our own women’s Petite Pause retreats a few times a year - please check those out if you are looking to travel on your own (or with a friend or two) to our spot.

  • Lodging Cancellations: Most all of our private events on the farm require a full property buyout - so if you are planning to cancel your booking, please note that this fee will need to be covered by your host if it is not covered by the guests directly.

    For Private Group Events: You may cancel up to 12 p.m. local EST 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will charge the full payment. For all of our reservations, we require a down payment and then offer payments plans prior to check in. No refunds for checking out early or skidding in late.

    For Petite Pause Retreats: Please review the specific language on the trip information as it does differ from above.

    For Winter Raclette Dinners: Tickets are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made if we can pull from our waitlist, and the request is made five or more days prior to the event. Alternatively, if you cannot attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. Simply email hello@topslfarm.com with the new guest's name and email.

  • Yes, we are happy to discuss your commercial shoot requirements.

    In addition to our numerous and diverse interiors, we have 83 acres to utilize and a decor/prop closet that somehow keeps growing.

    Feel free to reach out directly and we can discuss the nitty gritty.

  • Yes! We do offer old-school-airbnb style lodging experiences in our Farmhouse, Farm Cottage and Cider House throughout the winter months.

  • While we love pups, we don't allow pets in the campground. We do allow well behaved pets in the Farmhouse, Farm Cottage and Cider House for an additional fee. 

    We allow documented Service Animals in all spaces. Emotional Support Animals are not allowed in the campground but are welcome in the other properties.
