Our farm is located at 364 & 365 Bremen Road Waldoboro Maine. Often when guests plug the address into GPS, it will navigate to a neighboring church/graveyard. We can assure you this is not our vibe! Our white farmhouse and event barn are both visible from the road with a Tops’l Farm sign at the top of the driveway.

As of 2024 we are no longer offering individual camping stays. 

It is no secret that we love Maine's stunning midcoast. There is no shortage of things to do, from hiking, shopping, eating & drinking, to swimming in the summertime.

As with any camp or country experience, there are inherent risks to staying on our property. Please follow basic safety rules when enjoying our property and ask for help if you need any assistance.

Our location provides a unique and versatile backdrop for a wide range of commercial and brand photo shoots, from intimate product showcases to large-scale editorial campaigns. Our pricing is designed to be flexible and reflects the scope and complexity of your project, ensuring you get the value you need.

General Day Rate: $1,000 - $2,500 per day

This rate range is based on several key factors, which allow us to customize a quote for your specific needs. Please provide us with details about your project so we can offer an accurate estimate.

Pricing is influenced by:

• Complexity and Crew Size: A smaller-scale shoot with minimal crew and equipment will be on the lower end of our range. A large-scale production with a full crew, extensive lighting setup, and multiple talent will be on the higher end. Our rate scales with the size and impact of the production on our property.

• Number of Locations on-site: We offer a variety of distinct locations and backdrops within our venue. The fee will reflect whether you need access to a single area (e.g., just the main hall) or multiple locations (e.g., the hall, outdoor gardens, and a specific interior room).

• Usage Rights: The intended use of the images is a critical factor. The fee for a shoot whose images will be used for a small, localized marketing campaign is different from a shoot for a worldwide advertising campaign with a long-term usage license. We will discuss the scope of usage to determine a fair and comprehensive fee.

• Amenities & Services: Your fee includes basic amenities such as [list amenities like power access, basic restrooms, and general lighting]. Any requests for additional services, such as on-site coordination, specific furniture staging, or extended hours, will be factored into the final quote.
