Your Role on the Team

As a Front of House Server, you’ll be a key part of delivering smooth, high-quality experiences for guests. You will:

  • Provide warm, attentive table service with a respectful and guest-centered mindset.

  • Communicate clearly with both guests and teammates to ensure seamless service.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and flow of the event space, from setting up to breaking down.

  • Answer questions about menu offerings, the Farm, and the flow of events with enthusiasm and accuracy.

  • Work closely with our kitchen, bar, and event coordination team to adapt in real time and deliver memorable moments.

  • Support a healthy, safe work environment by following all cleanliness and food safety protocols.

  • Take pride in completing your prep and side work to set others up for success.

Schedule + Season Details

·       Part-time hours begin in June for training and setup.

·       Main event season: Late June – November

·       Winter events resume: Starting in December

·       Weekend and evening availability required.
