Executive Assistant (Remote)
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, proactive, and immediately capable executive assistant to provide crucial support in managing the personal schedule and various administrative tasks of the owner. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, discreet, and possesses a proven ability to quickly grasp new tasks and take ownership from the outset.

You will play a vital role in streamlining administrative details of my professional and personal life - freeing up my time to focus on professional responsibilities and personal health. Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Scheduling and managing personal appointments, meetings, and events across multiple calendars.
Communication Management: Assisting with personal emails, drafting responses, and organizing correspondence, especially with sales leads for the business.
Task Management: Creating and managing to-do lists, setting reminders, and following up on personal tasks.
Information Organization: Organizing digital files, contacts, and important personal documents.
Personal Errands (Remote): Researching and coordinating services (e.g., home maintenance, personal shopping), making reservations, and handling online tasks.
Maintaining Confidentiality: Handling sensitive personal information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Utilizing AI capabilities to maximize efficiencies within existing workflows and identify new opportunities for streamlining tasks.
Other Personal Assistance: Providing support with other tasks as needed to enhance personal efficiency and organization.
Required Skills/Experience:
Proven experience as a personal virtual assistant or in a similar administrative support role with a track record of quickly mastering new responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal onboarding.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Demonstrated understanding and interest to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
Proficiency in using various scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar), email platforms, and productivity software.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
High level of discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace.
Bonus Skills/Experience (Not Required but a Plus):
Familiarity with specific AI tools or platforms relevant to personal productivity.
Experience with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.
Experience with hospitality business/event venues
Proficiency in using Asana for project management
Compensation:
Compensation is on an hourly basis, will depend on experience/proven track record & references. Annual bonus.
