House & Cabin Cleaning Team
A.K.A Sleep Operations
What to know about this role:
We are looking to add another team member to our sleep operations/housekeeping team for our busy season (June – October 2025). This person should like to work independently and takes pride in their work. Previous cleaning experience a plus but not critical. Mostly looking for a hard & reliable worker with a joyful attitude who would like to be a part of a growing team.
We are specifically seeking to fill a Part-Time Sleep Operations position for the upcoming season.
The primary responsibilities for this role will include performing the First Sweep duties every Sunday, followed by focused cleaning of the campground both Sunday and Monday. There will be a brief weekly check-in meeting on Mondays at 11:00 AM to address any questions, concerns, and discuss details for upcoming events.
Thorough hands-on training covering all aspects of Sleep Operations will be provided to allow for cross-training in cleaning houses and assisting with event barn (EB) duties if needed throughout the season. The training/setup dates are scheduled for June 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th, and 9th, totaling up to 40 hours. The regular Sunday & Monday schedule for this position will commence on June 22nd.

Responsibilities
Clean and arrange guest rooms/cabins to Tops'l standards for guest arrival
Clean and maintain event barn, yurt space & bathhouse
Perform first sweep of the campground on Sundays after check-out.
Focus on cleaning the campground on Sundays and Mondays.
Perform laundry duties as necessary
Stock and maintain housekeeping inventory
Report any cabin/property damages or repairs needed to management
Report all lost and found items to manager.
Will report to the Sleep Operations Manager. This is very much a self-driven position and the candidate should typically expect to work autonomously.

Schedule
This position will work approximately 16 hours per week on Sundays and Mondays. The Sunday shift will begin after the guest check-out time and the Monday shift will typically be from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering flexibility to begin earlier or later based on the candidate's preference.
