We do allow well-behaved dogs in the Cider House (limit 2) if we know about them in advance and secure a $75 additional cleaning fee. We do ask that pets do not go on furniture and are crated if left alone in the home for more than an hour. And of course, if any damages happen as a result of your pup, we would love to know before checkout so we can find a proper solution together.
We appreciate your help in advance for making this a spot we can continue welcoming our four-legged friends to! -
You may cancel up to 12 p.m. local EST 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will charge the full payment. For all of our reservations, we require a down payment and then offer payment plans prior to check-in. No refunds for checking out early or skidding in late.

TV: The Smart TV in the library room is available to use – just please remember to sign out at the end of your stay!
Stove: The propane stove in the living room is a simple on/off button on the right-hand side. You should not have to touch the pilot light at all.
Chilly Drinks: Ice can be annoying if you don’t remember to fill it – keep it going so you are not sad at cocktail time.
Our Stuff: We have filled the house with our personal collection of kids books – many from Sarah’s childhood! Please be respectful of these items as we’d love to continue to make them available for our guests.
Foosball Table. There are extra balls located in a cup in the glass hutch in the dining room – please try to keep the ball with the table!
Winter Sunroom. The sunroom is 3 season and as such we have the door shut/locked (but accessible) during your stay. Please keep this door closed so the heat does not escape!

There are two garbage cans on the side of the house for you to use for garbage during your stay.
One is for garbage, the other is for returnables (only bottles and cans).
We will pick this up on a weekly basis.
