The Farmhouse and Cottage offer cozy spaces to gather with friends and family. The Campground invites a playful, back-to-nature stay under the stars.

The Experience

Monday— Welcome
Guests arrive to cozy farm houses and cabins nestled in the woods, the perfect spot to unwind and settle in.
The evening brings a relaxed welcome dinner around long farm tables — laughter, connection, and the warmth of close family and friends.
As night falls, gather by the fire pit beneath the stars for a quiet moment before the celebrations begin.
Tuesday — Wedding Day
The heart of the experience: your ceremony, dinner, and all the people you love. The ceremony takes place at your choice of meadow, woodland, riverside, or the Event Barn.
Cocktail hour features a seasonal grazing table, house charcuterie, local cheeses, and live-shucked oysters. Dinner is a seasonal, farm-to-table feast served family-style, finished with house-made desserts.
The celebration continues into the evening with campfires, s’mores, and starlit stories.
Wendsday — Farewell
Enjoy a leisurely Maine brunch featuring blueberry buckwheat ployes, farm eggs, fresh fruit, and Tops’l maple syrup.
Guests gather one last time in the Event Barn or Glass House to share coffee, stories, and laughter.
Heartfelt goodbyes close the weekend, leaving behind a sense of deep connection and unforgettable memories.

For the full Tops’l experience—three events over two nights plus a private farewell brunch—the investment is $50,000, also for up to 25 guests.
