PRIVATE RETREATS - MIDCOAST MAINE

Wellness &

Movement Retreats

A farm set up for leaders bringing their practice, and for
hosts who want to build their days around quiet mornings, the sauna and the river.

A timber-and-glass room for a morning class, a full yoga kit for twenty from Halfmoon, a woodland sauna at the edge of the field, a river at the bottom of the trail. Bring your group and your program. Or, in the middle of a working retreat, add a single session, a yoga class or a sound bath, with a teacher from our list.

Heat, cold, quiet. Repeat.

The Meadow House sits at the edge of the field: a woodland sauna for six to eight, a wood-fired hot tub, a cold plunge, and a robe for everyone. Walk over through the morning fog. Stay as long as you like.
