We’re seeking a poised, highly organized, and solutions-focused Seasonal Event Coordinator to support 5–8 weddings this summer season on our beautiful farm property in mid-coast Maine.

Your Role on the Team

As a Seasonal Event Coordinator, you will serve as the on-site lead for assigned weddings, ensuring thoughtful execution from pre-event planning through the final farewell brunch.

You will:

• Begin managing assigned weddings approximately 70 days prior (timeline review, client communication, vendor coordination — estimated 4–6 prep hours per event)
• Serve as primary on-site coordinator throughout the wedding weekend
• Oversee timeline execution and manage all transitions with calm authority
• Coordinate with planners, vendors, culinary, bar, lodging, and property teams
• Ensure FOH flow aligns with the overall event vision
• Communicate cross-departmentally to maintain standards and boundaries of the property
• Anticipate needs and resolve challenges proactively and professionally
• Represent Tops’l Farm with warmth, clarity, and leadership
