Join us for a weekend to REST

This is our version of a dreamy wellness weekend with a focus on REST. We’ll explore meditation, movement, sound healing, tarot, and of course nourishing self-care actions like community, massage, mid-day naps & leisurely time in the sauna!

Day Pass Packages starting at

Full Retreat packages include:

    Guests can choose between 3 inter-related modalities with Meridith to help relax, release, and recharge: (1) Therapeutic Massage for relaxation and/or deep tissue work (2) Acupressure to integrate/calm trauma or chronic emotions such as anger, grief & (3) Cranio-Sacral Therapy for energy healing & improved CSF flow.  

    What can you expect during a session?  Meridith will listen carefully to your specific requests & tailor each session to best achieve your desired outcomes.
