You have done the work to get away with your group - let’s make the rest of this a smooth road! While we can’t teleport you to the farm in a snap, we have made our check-in process extremely simple by design. Our check in procedures are meant to offer you all the info you need to seamlessly land here at our farm.
General Check-In Information
Unless you have received specific instructions otherwise, please check in with our team at the Event Barn porch. Our team as well as your hosts will be there to greet you and help you get settled.
If you have any questions, plan on arriving after 5 pm or need anything at all before or during your visit, please feel free to email us at hello @ topslfarm.com - we will respond within one business day.

The Campground
365 Bremen Rd Waldoboro Maine
Turn right onto the Camp Road by our gray event barn. If you are following self-check in directions, please continue down this camp road to the campground parking lot.
If you need to connect with a human upon arrival, please stop at our Event Barn and say hello! -
The Farmhouse
364 Bremen Rd Waldoboro Maine
Please take a left into the farmhouse driveway minding not to park directly in front of the barn doors. If you have more than 2 cars in your party, please unload and then park the additional cars across the street at our event barn.
It is ok to park on the grass between the paved area and the oak trees.

The Cottage

As the cottage is tucked in right next to the farmhouse, the instructions for the cottage are the very same as the farmhouse! Once you have parked, follow the stone path to the cottage front door & access the key in the lockbox on the side of the little shed closest to the cottage.It is ok to park on the grass between the paved area and the oak trees.

The Cider House
661 Bremen Rd Waldoboro Maine
Located just down the road from Tops’l Farm. Follow the above directions to our farm - and then continue on Rt 32 for .5 miles.Look for a white farmhouse with a cute picket fence on the RIGHT with a big barn set back from the driveway. When parking please leave one bay of the barn open as we access this regularly.
Need Directions?
Whether you are visiting from afar or just down the coast, here are some helpful tips to make your journey & arrival as smooth as possible.
After entering the town of Waldoboro on Rt 1 turn on Rt 32 South (also known as Bremen Rd) right by the light at the Hannaford Grocery Store. After taking this turn, you will come to a blinking stop light. Continue straight through and Tops’l Farm is a total of 1.2 miles on Bremen Rd from the Hannaford.
Our white farmhouse is set back on the hill a bit, white with dark green barn doors and a little red cottage next to it. You will see our meadow and Event Barn across the street. You have arrived!
(As a note, following a GPS app will sometimes place folks in a nearby cemetery/church as it is adjacent to some of our 83 acres. We can assure you this is not us! So please follow these directions and you should arrive at the right spot).
