You’ve done all the complicated things - made travel plans, picked out amazing “glamping-chic” wedding outfits, maybe even drafted a toast! We want the rest of your time on the farm to be super easy. Who needs complication? Our check in procedures are meant to offer you all the info you need to land here at our farm.

Arrival/Check In Steps

  1. Early Arrivals. If you have made plans with us directly to check in early, please arrive directly to your specific lodging (see directions below) at the agreed upon time and check yourself into your cabin/house/cottage. For all non-cabin lodging, the houses will be unlocked upon arrival with keys for you to use during your stay inside the kitchen.

    If you are staying in a cabin, you can drive directly to the cabin parking lot and look for your name on the Cabin List on our welcome sign. All Cabins are numbered.

  2. Regular Check In. If you are arriving on Friday during the regular check in window (3-5 pm) you are welcome to stop by the Event Barn to say hello or ask any questions. This goes for folks who checked in early as well - our staff will be on property during regular check in and will be able to assist as needed!

  3. Late arrivals. if it looks like you will be arriving later in the evening, please follow the directions to your lodging below. We monitor our farm phone for text/calls until 8 pm - so let us know if you have any questions and how we can help. The number is 207-832-1602

  • The Campground

    365 Bremen Rd Waldoboro Maine

    Turn right onto the Camp Road by our gray event barn. If you are following self-check in directions, please continue down this camp road to the campground parking lot.

  • The Farmhouse

    Please take a left into the farmhouse driveway minding not to park directly in front of the barn doors. If you have more than 2 cars in your party, please unload and then park the additional cars across the street at our event barn.

    It is ok to park on the grass between the paved area and the oak trees.

  • The Cottage

    364 Bremen Rd Waldoboro Maine

    As the cottage is tucked in right next to the farmhouse, the instructions for the cottage are the very same as the farmhouse! Once you have parked, follow the stone path to the cottage front door & access the key in the lockbox on the side of the little shed closest to the cottage.

    It is ok to park on the grass between the paved area and the oak trees.

  • The Cider House

    661 Bremen Rd Waldoboro Maine

    Located just down the road from Tops’l Farm. Follow the above directions to our farm - and then continue on Rt 32 for .4 miles.

    Look for s a white farmhouse with a cute picket fence on the RIGHT with a big barn set back from the driveway. When parking please leave one bay of the barn open as we access this regularly.

Need Directions?

Whether you are visiting from afar or just down the coast, here are some helpful tips to make your journey & arrival as smooth as possible.

After entering the town of Waldoboro on Rt 1 turn on Rt 32 South (also known as Bremen Rd) right by the light at the Hannaford Grocery Store. After taking this turn, you will come to a blinking stop light. Continue straight through and Tops’l Farm is a total of 1.2 miles on Bremen Rd from the Hannaford.

Our white farmhouse is set back on the hill a bit, white with dark green barn doors and a little red cottage next to it. You will see our meadow and Event Barn across the street.  You have arrived!

(As a note, following a GPS app will typically place folks in a nearby cemetery/church as it is adjacent to some of our 83 acres. We can assure you this is not us! So please follow these directions and you should arrive at the right spot).
