PRIVATE RETREATS - MIDCOAST MAINE
Creative Retreats
A farm set up for painters, writers, and makers, with a river to paint, a barn to sketch and long tables to spread out on.
Set up easels on the riverbank or at the orchard's edge. Cover a worktable in thread and fabric for the afternoon. Leave wet canvases drying on the porch overnight. Bring your own teacher and program, or add a single session with an artist from our list.
Paint it. Stitch it. Bring it home.
Mornings at the easel by the river. Afternoons around a table piled with hoops, thread and good books. Every guest leaves with something they made here, and most of it looks like the farm.
